Snakes, ladders. Todays, tomorrows. Life, lists. And whatever other obstacles, they come and go. But what stays, is what matters. What matters is what stays. If you're still here reading this, then you matter. Your dancing matters. What you create matters. What you go through matters.

What started as an attempt to make a dance documentary, ended up becoming my lifeline. This simple and short combination I made last September was a keepsake that stored all the progress, changes, losses, and achievements of this year. I didn't have many things that made me proud, but seeing myself get up to dance, no matter how I felt, made me happy again. I saw myself again. I saw the person that other people saw, and admired, and loved, and cherished. And who am I to take that person away from them? Who am I to take this person away from their dance?
